By installing or using MultiStore Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MultiStore Sync is a Shopify app that enables product and inventory synchronisation between multiple Shopify stores. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of product data you sync.
• You must not use the service to sync counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store connection tokens.
• You must comply with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and API Terms of Service.

4. Limitations of Liability

MultiStore Sync is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from sync errors, downtime, or incorrect product data. Always verify synced data before publishing.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
